MarginLens is built and supported in the UK. Email is the fastest way to reach us. We reply within one working day, usually much sooner.
Before you write in
- Amazon connection
- Sign in at app.marginlens.net, choose Connect Amazon and approve MarginLens in Seller Central. You need to be the primary user, or a user with permission to authorise apps, on the UK marketplace. History loads in the background and the first full sync takes a few hours.
- Amazon Ads history
- The Ads API only returns about 95 days of history. Older ad spend can be imported from a Campaign report exported from the Amazon Ads console. The in-app guide walks through the exact columns.
- Product costs
- Profit is only as accurate as your cost per unit. Add or update costs under Products at any time and every period recalculates.
- VAT
- Set your VAT registration date and quarter end under Settings. MarginLens shows profit after the input VAT you can reclaim on Amazon fees and ads.
- Billing
- The 14-day trial starts when you connect Amazon. One plan, £39 a month or £390 a year, cancel any time from Settings. Refund questions go to the email above.
- Disconnecting
- Remove MarginLens from Seller Central under Apps & Services → Manage your apps, or email us and we will delete your data.
